Merih Demiral was the hero, netting twice and setting a record with the fastest knockout-stage goal in European Championship history, scoring just 57 seconds into the match.
France will face Portugal, and England is set to play Switzerland.
Spain, following a 4-1 thrashing of Georgia, will clash with hosts Germany in their quarter-final match.
