Afrobeats superstar, Davido was on Sunday spotted at the Etihad Stadium where he watched league champion, Manchester City lift the English Premier League trophy.
This comes after the international sports brand PUMA invited the musician to attend the game the day before
On Saturday, PUMA and Davido exchanged a few tweets after the sports firm unveiled the 2023/24 new PUMA jerseys for Manchester City.
Davido commented on the post, sharing that the design had left an impression on him.
The PUMA team quickly got back to Davido, telling him how much they loved his comment and invited him to the Etihad title-celebration match.
Davido responded quickly, asking for a jet to be delivered to him, and the company said they would.
He said; “Ginger me. Send the jet!!”
In answer to a fan who wondered if Davido showed up for the game, PUMA tweeted a photo of the superstar in Etihad wearing a Man City jersey.
