North London side, Arsenal Football Club is close to finalizing a deal for Chelsea player, Kai Havertz.
It is also been speculated that the German international is very keen on moving to the Emirates Stadium.
Based on negotiations between the two North London clubs, it is been reported that Arsenal have agreed a deal in principle with Chelsea to sign Havertz for a fee in the region of £65million.
The clubs are also working to finalise the structure of the impending deal, including potential instalments and add-ons.
Italian Football Journalist Fabrizio Romano, on Wednesday tweeted, “Arsenal are closing in on Kai Havertz deal as final agreement with Chelsea is imminent.
“Package will be worth £65m as expected, always been indicated as the right fee to make it happen.
“Sources feel it will be done/sealed this week. Personal terms agreed last week.”
