The Super Falcons have been eliminated by hosts Morocco on penalties in the semifinal of the 2022 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations on Monday.
The hosts defeated Randy Waldrum’s women 5-4 on penalties after playing 1-1 before the shootout.
Nigeria has now missed the chance to lift a record 10th WAFCON title.
Morocco will now face South Africa in the final.
