Real Madrid’s coach, Carlo Ancelotti, expressed concern about Jude Bellingham’s availability for their upcoming Champions League clash against Braga.
The midfielder injured his shoulder over the weekend during a La Liga match against Rayo Vallecano, but he did participate in part of the team’s training session on Tuesday.
Real Madrid, currently on a three-game winning streak, has the opportunity to secure a spot in the knockout stages with another victory at the Santiago Bernabeu.
Bellingham, who has been their leading goal scorer with 13 goals in 14 matches across all competitions, played the entire match against Rayo Vallecano despite the shoulder issue.
“If he will play or not, I don’t know, he’s doing quite well, he’s comfortable,” Ancelotti told reporters Tuesday, ahead of Braga’s visit.
“He did not complete the whole training session, to avoid knocks, but he’s recovered well.
“He might play tomorrow, I will decide it tomorrow with him.”
