La Liga team, Barcelona has made history in the UEFA Champions League as they defeated Napoli 3-1 in the round of 16 second leg tie in Spain.
According to OptaJose, Barcelona became the first team in Champions League history to start two players aged 17 or under in a Champions League knockout stage encounter.
The players are identified as Lamine Yamal, 16 years and 243 days, and Pau Cubarsí, 17 years and 50 days.
Fermin Lopez, Joao Cancelo and Robert Lewandowski’s goals gave the La Liga giant the win over Napoli.
