Nigerian actress, Uche Ogbodo, has slammed music star Wizkid for describing rap music in Nigeria as “dead and boring”.
The grammy award winner had while responding to questions during an interview with 10 Magazine said he does not listen to rap music.
But reacting to the singer’s statement through her Instagram story on Saturday, Jombo noted that it was wrong for Wizkid to have berated fellow professionals.
“Wizkid was wrong! Too wrong! How could you say such about your people! Who do us this thing sef? Which Babalawo mix this juju wey say Nigerians must hate fellow Nigerians! No loyalty to your people! To your country! Only selfishness everywhere! Abeg make all of them getat! This is not nice! All Nigerian rappers, y’all are the biggest and the greatest. Abeg!
“David would never do this! Lai Lai. Weda nah Nigerian rappers he meant or American rappers, he should never have opened those(sic) can of worms,” the actress wrote.
