The Confederation of African Football has selected two Nigerians to officiate at the 2024 WAFU ‘B’ qualifiers.
Salisu Basheer is among the seven referees chosen for the competition, while Muhammad Yakubu will serve as an assistant referee.
The tournament will be hosted by Ghana from May 15 to 29, 2024.
Reigning champions Nigeria, along with host Ghana, Cote D’Ivoire, Benin, Niger, Togo, and Burkina Faso, will compete for the title.
Also, the competition will also serve as qualifiers for the next edition of the Africa U-17 Cup of Nations.
