President-elect Bola Tinubu, is set to hold special prayers across the federation to celebrate his 71st birthday anniversary on Wednesday.
In a statement issued on Monday by a media aide to Tinubu, Tunde Rahman, it was noted that prayers would be held in Lagos and other parts of the country.
It was also gathered that the special prayers will be held at the central mosques in each of the five divisions in the state.
“Also to receive prayers among others are President Muhammadu Buhari and First Lady Aisha Buhari, President-elect Tinubu, and his wife, senator Oluremi Tinubu, Vice-President-elect, senator Kashim Shettima, and Hajia Nana Shettima, Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, other state governors as well as members of national and state houses of assembly,” the statement read in part.
It would be recalled that this will be the first time Tinubu will be opting for special prayers for his birthday anniversary as he has always celebrated it with a colloquium.
