Harry Maguire, Kyle Walker and Sam Johnstone have left England’s squad through injury ahead of a friendly match against Belgium on Tuesday.
Teenager Endrick’s late effort secured Brazil a 1-0 win over England at Wembley on Saturday which served as Gareth Southgate’s side first defeat in 15 months.
Walker and Maguire started that match but both defenders left the England camp because of injury, as did backup goalkeeper Johnstone, ahead of the game against Belgium at Wembley.
Walker was substituted in the 20th minute against Brazil on Saturday night, after appearing to injure his hamstring.
Maguire lasted 67 minutes in the same game, before being replaced by Lewis Dunk.
These withdrawals are a fresh blow to England manager, Gareth Southgate, who has already seen Harry Kane and Bukayo Saka pull out of the squad.
Kane, who was in the stands during England’s loss to Brazil on Saturday, had linked up with the squad ahead of the game despite picking up an ankle injury in Bayern Munich’s win over Darmstadt before the international break.
Manchester City defender, Rico Lewis, who made his debut against North Macedonia in November, and uncapped Burnley goalkeeper James Trafford were moved up from the under-21 team to the senior squad.
