Embattled popular Nigerian skitmaker Maruf Abdullah Adisa popularly known as Trinity Guy has finally regained his freedom from police custody.
His release was disclosed by his colleague Cute Abiola through his verified Instagram page in the early hours of Saturday.
He wrote; “@iamtrinityguy is finally free on Bail 💪 . I am wishing you all the best brother . May Almighty Allah keep guiding you to the right path . Amen 🙏 welcome back ! Welcome back ! My guy don pray tire 🤣 see him forehead.”
Confirming this via the comment section, Trinity Guy thanks Cute Abiola for his effort in making sure that he gets released from Police custody at Agodi prison in Ibadan, Oyo State.
PUNCH METRO reported that the police summoned the skit maker for questioning regarding a prank video involving a minor.
Subsequently, a Family Court in Iyaganku, Ibadan, Oyo State, issued an order for his detention at the Agodi correctional facility.
The court also charged Isiaka Ahmed, 40, and his wife, Rofiat, 29, who are the parents of the victim, with conspiracy, sexual abuse, and exploitation, along with the skit maker.
