Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, on Sunday visited the Abuja residence of former Senate President, Bukola Saraki, to offer his condolences over the passing of Saraki’s mother, Mrs. Florence Saraki.
The governor’s visit came after Mrs. Saraki’s death on June 18 at the age of 89.
Business magnate, Aliko Dangote, was also among those who paid their respects at Saraki’s residence.
Sanwo-Olu’s caption read, “Today, I visited the home of Senator Bukola Saraki in Abuja to personally offer my condolences on the passing of his mother, Chief Mrs. Florence Morenike Saraki.
“She peacefully departed this world on Tuesday, June 18, 2024, leaving behind a legacy of kindness and grace that will be remembered by many.”
