The Governor of Lagos State, Babajide Sanwo-Olu has empathized with Popular American-Nigerian Afrobeats Artist, Davido and his Baby Mama, Chioma, over the death of their son, Ifeanyi.
Recall, Ifeanyi, the three-year-old son of Davido, drowned on Monday, October 31, inside the family’s swimming pool in Banana Island, Lagos.
The Governor expressed his condolences via his official Twitter handle on Tuesday, saying, “Death leaves a heartache no words can heal and today, I express my deepest condolences to David and Chioma, over the death of their son.
“Ifeanyi was loved and his smile made the world smile. I pray that God grants you strength even as my thoughts and prayers are with you.”
Meanwhile, the Lagos State Police Command has arrested about eight domestic workers of the ‘Stand Strong’ singer, including the nanny and the chef whose responsibility was to look after the child.
