Afrrobeats queen, Tiwa Savage, was granted an honorary doctorate degree by the University of Kent in the United Kingdom.
The popular singer-songwriter received her degree during a ceremony that took place on Friday.
“Congratulations Dr #tiwasavage! We’re super proud to have awarded the Queen of Afrobeats an honorary doctorate at Canterbury Cathedral this morning,” the varsity tweeted.
