Labour Party presidential candidate, Peter Obi, has sent his condolences to grieving parents, Davido and Chioma, following the death of their son, Ifeanyi.
The three-year-old reportedly drowned on Monday night, October 31, in the family’s swimming pool in Banana Island, Lagos.
Peter Obi expressed his sympathies via his official Twitter page where he wrote, “I send my sincere condolences to Davido and Chioma, over the death of their son Ifeanyi.
“I cannot begin to imagine the pains they are going through at the moment. May God grant them healing, strength and comfort in this trying time. My thoughts and prayers are with the family.”
