Justice Lokulo Sodipe is said to have slumped and died while getting ready for today’s hearing in his Chambers.
According to reports, all attempts to resuscitate him proved abortive.
Until his death, Sodipe was a Justice of the Court of Appeal’s Akure Division.
The Late Judge was appointed to the Appellate Court on February 15, 2008, and was born on February 18, 1956.
He was admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 1979 and hails from Abeokuta South in Ogun State.
He is well-known for being a diligent Judge and a great judgment writer.
