The entertainment industry has been plunged into mourning with the passing of Reginald Ebere, a prominent director in Nollywood.
The news was broken by Segun Arinze, a seasoned actor and entertainer, on Nollywood Giants, a WhatsApp platform for notable Nigerian entertainers.
The National Secretary of the Directors Guild of Nigeria Perekeme Odon, also confirmed the sad news.
The entertainment industry has been paying tribute to the deceased, with many of his colleagues expressing their sadness and shock at his passing.
The news has come as a shock to many in the industry, who are still reeling from the recent loss of another Nollywood actor, Junior Pope.
Reginald Ebere was a veteran director who had been in the industry for many years.
He was known for his work on several Nollywood classics, including “Last Burial,” “One God One Nation,” “The God to Serve,” “Message,” “Unwanted,” “Last Affair,” “Tom and Jerry,” and “Venom of Justice”
