The Nigerian chef, Hilda Baci, who got the Guinness World Record for cooking for over 87 hours 54 minutes, has proceeded to set a new record at 100 hours.
The previous record holder, Lata Tandon, an Indian, had encouraged Baci as she was on her way to meeting the former record by noon.
Baci, who had set the 96 hours target for herself, soon moved the target forward to 100 hours after she attained the 96-hour target at around 4pm on Monday.
The 27-year-old now holds the Guinness World Record for the longest cooking marathon by a single person in the world.
