Rafael Nadal, Serena Williams and Paris Saint-Germain forward, Lionel Messi, have led a longlist of tributes to Switzerland tennis legend, Roger Federer, who recently retired from the sport.
An illustrious career that saw him clinch 20 Grand Slam titles will come to an end after he participates in the upcoming Laver Cup in London.
Following the announcement of his retirement on Thursday, Federer’s decision to retire provoked an emotional reaction from current and former tennis players as well as stars in other sports.
