Bronny, the son of LeBron James, suffered a cardiac arrest while participating in a basketball practise at the University of Southern California.
As per a statement from a representative of the family, Bronny was subsequently admitted to the hospital on Monday.
According to the statement, he has been discharged from the Intensive Care Unit and is currently in a stable medical condition.
Bronny, an 18-year-old individual, has recently been admitted as a first-year student to the basketball team at the University of Southern California subsequent to his completion of studies at Sierra Canyon High School during the current spring semester.
Bronny received a four-star rating as a recruit and demonstrated exceptional performance during the McDonald’s All-American Game in March, which showcased a selection of the nation’s most talented high school basketball players.
His senior year of high school, he averaged 14.1 points, 5.6 rebounds, 2.4 assists, and 1.7 steals. He then joined a USC team that was trying to make the NCAA Tournament for the fourth season in a row.
