Jonathan mourns ex-acting Balyesa gov Binabo
The former President, Goodluck Jonathan has sent his condolence message to the family of former acting governor of Bayelsa State, Nestor Binabo on his demise.
Jonathan in his condolence message made available to newsmen on Tuesday by his media adviser, Ikechukwu Eze, commiserated Binabo’s family and the government of Bayelsa, noting he would be sorely missed.
While describing the deceased as an experienced lawmaker and patriot who had immensely contributed to the development of the state, Jonathan said, “I condole with the Binabo family and the Government and people of Bayelsa State on the death of Nestor Binabo, former acting Governor of the State.
“He will be sorely missed by people from all walks of life, especially for his patriotism and service to humanity.”
Jonathan prayed that God comforts the family of Binabo, who died in an Abuja hospital a few days ago after a protracted illness.
