Residents of Uncle Joe area in Mokola, Ibadan, on Wednesday discovered the remains of a new born baby under a bridge in the area.
According to The PUNCH, the remains of the yet-to-be-identified baby was found wrapped with black polythene bag.
It was been speculated that the body might have been dropped early Wednesday before the arrival of passersby.
