Popular Nigerian singer, Damini Ebunoluwa Ogulu, professionally known as Burna Boy has revealed his commitment to honesty, noting that the only times he ever lied were in courtrooms and police stations.
The Grammy-winning artist disclosed this while expressing his gratitude to his UK fans for their support and acceptance of his recent album, ‘I Told Them…’.
“The only times I ever lied was in court rooms and police stations. If you don’t like me, I don’t like you more than you don’t like me. You can’t win,” he wrote.
Speaking to his UK fans, Burna Boy appreciated their overwhelming support, which propelled his album to the number-one spot.
He acknowledged that his fans in the UK had played a significant role in realizing one of his most cherished dreams.
The Nigerian music sensation announced his plans to visit various parts of the UK to interact with his fans. He intends to sign as many albums as possible and connect with his supporters in a more personal way.
“To all my UK people who have taken this album to number 1, I will never stop thanking you. You’ve made another one of my most impossible dreams come true.
“I will be going to as many parts of the UK this week to show my appreciation by signing as many albums as I possibly can and hold a little vibe wid y’all. I love you very much.”
