A veteran Yoruba actress, Ronke Oshodi Oke has expressed her desire to join the Guinness World Record by breaking a record.
The actress took to her Instagram handle to express her desire despite the Record’s disclosure of over 1500 entries in months.
However, GWR has already warned Nigerians against further applications for a ‘Record-a-thon’.
The actress said when she told her daughter and younger sister about her plans, they made a mockery of it.
She inquired from fans which ‘a-thon’ would be most appropriate for her to attempt.
Ronke Oshodi wrote; “This thing is becoming something else. I said I wanted to participate in a-Thon, but my younger sister said I should go to the roundabout and turn.
“I have seen people do cook-a-thon, Odunlade Adekola said he wants to do acting-thon, a guy said he wants to do crying-thon and I have seen someone doing snail-thon.
“I said I want to do mine, and my sister said I should go to the roundabout and turn, is that a good thing to say? My daughter said I should do a kissing-thon. Like she has seen me kiss before.
“Please which thorn should I do? I want to thorn, but the direction I want to thorn I don’t understand. Please help me out.”
