A furniture shop at Ire Akari Estate Area of Soka in Ibadan, Oyo State was on Monday afternoon gutted by fire.
According to The PUNCH, the fire outbreak reportedly started around 3 pm.
The fire was said to have emanated from a furniture shop.
Efforts are ongoing by members of the community to prevent the spread of the fire. As of press time, the cause of the fire is still unknown.
Also, an X user, @rosheethat, posted a video of the fire while calling for help.
She posted, “Ire Akari Soka right now. Anybody that can help us.”
