The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission has declared Bolaji Akinduro, the Executive Chairman of Total Grace Oil and Gas Investment Limited, wanted for his alleged involvement in fraud.
This was revealed in an official statement released by the EFCC on its X.com account on Saturday.
According to the statement, Akinduro is accused of obtaining money under false pretenses and engaging in theft by conversion.
The EFCC’s notice reads, “The public is hereby notified that Bolaji Henry Akinduro, whose photograph appears above, is wanted by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission in an alleged case of Obtaining Money under False Pretence and Stealing by Conversion.”
The 51-year-old Akinduro, an indigene of Ondo State, was last known to reside at 272 Patience Coker Street, Ajose Adeogun, Victoria Island, Lagos.
The agency urged anyone with information on Akinduro’s whereabouts to contact any of its offices across the country, including those in Ibadan, Lagos, and Abuja, or through its official helpline or email address.
“Anybody with useful information as to his whereabouts should please contact the commission,” the statement added.
In a related development, the EFCC had arraigned Akinduro and his company, His Grace Integrated Solution Limited, alongside two others in April 2001.
They were brought before Justice Funmilayo Akinlade of the Lagos High Court on charges of forgery, stealing, and conspiracy.
