DJ Big N, a longtime associate of Mavin Records’ boss Don Jazzy, recently opened up about the music mogul’s charitable act toward cross-dresser Bobrisky.
According to DJ Big N, Don Jazzy extended financial support to Bobrisky following his release from jail, despite never having met or spoken to him before.
In a candid revelation, DJ Big N explained that a mutual friend of Bobrisky had reached out to Don Jazzy for assistance when Bobrisky was in need. True to his generous nature, Don Jazzy contributed to help Bobrisky, though their paths had never crossed.
DJ Big N emphasized how Don Jazzy’s benevolence often goes unrecognized in the public eye, reinforcing the Mavin boss’s tendency to give without seeking attention or accolades.
This incident, DJ Big N shared, is just one example of many where Don Jazzy has quietly supported individuals he doesn’t even know.
Addressing some recent rumours, DJ Big N also touched on speculations surrounding Don Jazzy and comedian Oluwadolarz.
He was quick to clarify that there is no bad blood between the two, debunking any claims of a rift.
DJ Big N took the opportunity to caution against the spread of false narratives, particularly those insinuating unethical practices in the music industry.
He encouraged people to be more discerning, highlighting how some stories might be fabricated for personal gain or publicity.
In his own words, DJ Big N stated, “This social media sha…. .I always say, make the good wey person Dey do no turn to bad. I can 100% tell you that Don Jazzy has never met Bobrisky before, He has never spoken to him before, he doesn’t have his number neither does Bobrisky have Jazzy’s.
“A mutual friend of Bob came out to raise funds when he came out of jail and reached out to Jazzy to donate. Out of the benevolence of his heart, he donated. Just like he has done uncountable times for people he doesn’t know from Adam. That never made it to the internet.”
He also spoke on the rumored tension with Oluwadolarz, saying, “As for Oluwa dollars. I was the person who introduced him to Jazzy. He and his lil bro. There’s no beef.”
DJ Big N concluded by urging fans to be more critical of stories circulating in the media, especially those suggesting inappropriate conduct in the industry. He remarked, “In a society that narratives are being thrown around about reaching the top in music through sexual favors, especially artists and label bosses, it’s only right for him to want to oust these perpetrators from the game by first identifying them. Let’s not also rule out people who cry wolf to promote a song or an agenda. Notice the said person decided to push a song the very next day. Sometimes, make we Dey use our head think. It’s not only for headbutting people… Shalom.”
With these clarifications, DJ Big N sought to dispel rumors while showcasing Don Jazzy’s quiet generosity and the importance of thoughtful engagement with the narratives presented online.
