Hip-hop mogul Diddy has made the decision to temporarily step back from his role as Chairman at Revolt amidst ongoing personal controversies.
According to TMZ, sources stated that Diddy chose to take this temporary move last week to ensure that the accusations he’s facing don’t overshadow Revolt’s mission or achievements.
The decision comes as Revolt marks its 10-year anniversary and continues to thrive under the leadership of CEO Detavio Samuels and Chief Brand Officer Deon Graham.
Reportedly, Diddy has not been actively involved in the company’s day-to-day operations.
This announcement follows a recent lawsuit settlement between Diddy and Cassie, resolving allegations of sexual assault, abuse, and human trafficking.
However, additional lawsuits have since emerged, with Joi Dickerson-Neal alleging sexual assault by Diddy in 1991, and another plaintiff, Jane Doe, claiming Diddy and singer-songwriter Aaron Hall raped her and friends in either 1990 or 1991.
