The High court of the Federal Capital Territory has adjourned the arraignment of suspended Central Bank of Nigeria Governor, Godwin Emefiele to 23rd August, 2023.
PUNCH Metro had reported that the Federal Government had arraigned Emefiele on Thursday before the high court presided over by Justice Hamza Muazu, on a 20 count of illegal procurement.
Counsel to FG, Abubakar Mohammed, prayed the court for an adjournment due to the absence of the second defendant Sa’adatu Yaro from the court, who suddenly took ill.
