Corporate Affairs Commission workers on Monday morning came out in numbers to jubilate over the sack of the Chief Executive and Registrar, A. G. Abubakar.
In a viral video of a rally in front of the CAC headquarters in Abuja, the workers who were seen chanting solidarity songs described Abubakar as a “tyrant leader”.
They expressed their gratitude to President Bola Tinubu for appointing Hussaini Sani, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria as the new registrar of the commission.
They also advised Sani to ensure anti-labour policies of the last administration are discarded.
Tinubu had a few days ago appointed Sani as the new CAC registrar.
