The President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari (retd) has sent his congratulatory message to Nollywood actor, Bob-Manuel Obidimma Udoku on his 60th birthday which is to be marked on April 18, 2023.
In a statement by the Special Assistant to the President on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina on Monday, the president noted the influencing role of Bob-Manuel in the popular culture and structuring of the second-largest movie industry in the world, with a strong global presence and recognition, serving in various capacities as actor, director, and producer.
Buhari commended the actor’s courage for delving into politics and public office, contesting elections in his home state, Anambra and working with three governments as Senior Special Assistant, New Media, and Special Adviser on Entertainment, Leisure, and Tourism.
The president believes that Bob-Manuel’s experience in creative art will aid him to mentor younger generations on their career path.
The President prayed for the well-being of the multiple award-winning thespians and his family.
