Famous Nigerian skit maker and content creator, Oderhwo Joseph Efe, popularly known as Carter Efe, has cried out over being blackmailed by someone with his private sex video.
Efe disclosed this on his X formerly Twitter handle saying that the blackmailer was threatening to leak his bedroom video.
The ‘Machala’ crooner declared that he decided to inform the public before his private video was released by the blackmailer.
Cater Efe wrote, “I am here to publicly announce that I am being blackmailed. And that my sextape will be released soon.
“I am just here to let everyone know before it’s out.”
Reports revealed that there is a growing trend of private videos of Nigerian celebrities leaking online.
Nollywood actress, Moyo Lawal made headlines recently after her private video surfaced on the internet.
She, however, clarified that the bedroom video was with her estranged fiance and that it was released without her consent.
The popular actress threatened to take legal action.
