Former French International, Karim Benzema on Wednesday evening put up an impressive performance to give Spanish giant, Real Madrid an emphatic win over league leaders, Barcelona.
Real Madrid overturned a first leg defeat in the Copa del Rey Semi-Finals to defeat Barcelona by four goals to nil.
Barcelona last week won the first leg by one goal to nil, however in the return fixture, a 46th minute goal from Vinicius Junior gave the Le Blancos the first goal of the game.
A second was added by Karim Benzema 50th minutes, before hitting his second of the game in the 58th minute.
He would eventually bag his hat trick of the game in the 81st minute to put the game at four goals to nil.
The defeat sees Barcelona drop out of the tournament while they continue their run in the league.
