Super Falcons defender, Ashleigh Plumptre has been nominated for Saudi Women’s Premier League Goal of the Month.
The nomination comes as a result of her impressive second goal in Al Ittihad’s 6-2 victory against Al Ahly.
The centre-back scored a hat-trick in the first half of the game.
It was her second hat-trick since linking up with Al Ittihad.
Plumptre scored hat-trick on her debut for the club sas well, setting the stage for her remarkable performance.
Tanzania’s Clara Lovanga and Mexico’s Veronica Perez are the two other players who will be competing for the award.
She has scored six goals for Al Ittihad this season.
