French President, Emmanuel Macron has been slapped in the face once again in the public.
The incident which happened on Sunday, November 20 has set the internet ablaze, with questions about the french president’s persistent public abuse.
In a video circulating on social media, Macron was hit by a woman in the face before officers quickly move in.
While the identity and motive of the assaulter are unclear as of the time of filing this report, it is not the first time that the French president would be subjected to physical abuse publicly.
In June 2021, the French President was slapped in the face on an official visit to the south-east of France.
In a video which also went viral on the internet, Macron was seen walking up to a barrier on a trip to Tain-l’Hermitage outside the city of Valence when a man in a green T-shirt, later identified as Damien Tarel, slapped him in the face before officers quickly move in.
