An All Progressive Congress chieftain, Senator Shehu Sani, has reacted to Super Eagles loss against the national team of Guinea Bissau in the African Cup of Nations qualification match on Friday.
Sani declared that “bad luck has become the country’s only luck”.
The former lawmaker made this statement via his verified Twitter handle on Saturday morning, urging the nation’s football team to stop playing any international football tournament until after May 29th.
He wrote, “For the peace and health of our Hearts, it’s better we stop playing any international football tournament until after May 29th. Bad luck has become our only luck.”
