The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board on Thursday revealed that a native of Ekiti State, Adebayo Eyimofe, scored highest in the 2022 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination.
JAMB Registrar, Prof. Ishaq Oloyede, made the disclosure during the 2022 policy meeting of the board held at the International Conference Centre in Abuja.
According to The PUNCH, Oloyede revealed that Adebayo who wrote his examination in Abuja scored a total of 362 marks.
He was followed closely by Ugwu Chikelu, an indigene of Enugu state who also wrote his UTME in Abuja. Ugwu scored 359.
