Popular graphic design platform Canva, on Tuesday, experienced a significant outage, leaving users unable to upload or edit images.
The disruption caused frustration, particularly among professionals and creatives who rely on the platform for their work.
According to Downdetector, a website that tracks service disruptions, more than 421 reports highlighted issues related to image uploads and editing failures.
The frustration was evident on X, where users voiced their complaints:
Sarah Nicole, posting as #miss_flawless4, shared her experience, saying, “#canva my images that I am uploading keep disappearing. Why is that happening?”
Another user, Soran, identified as #Sorankurd22, questioned, “is Canva down??? bruh i have clients to manage.”
A user writing anonymously under the handle #MSMLies247 expressed their concern, tweeting, “#canva I cannot upload to my files right now from my app or from online at the site. My internet is fine. Is this feature down right now?”
With Canva being a go-to platform for millions worldwide, the outage has disrupted workflow for many.
As of now, the company has not issued an official statement regarding the issue.
