The 76th Primetime Emmy Awards, TV’s biggest night, has unveiled the list of winners, unfolded on September 15, 2024, just eight months after the delayed 2023 ceremony, and it was a dazzling celebration of television’s finest.
Co-hosted by the beloved father-son duo, Eugene and Dan Levy, the event brought together stars from all corners of the TV world, honouring exceptional shows that aired between the latter half of 2023 and the first half of 2024.
Leading the pack with a staggering 23 nominations was ‘The Bear’, a record-breaking achievement for a comedy series, surpassing 30 Rock’s previous record of 22.
However, ‘The Bear’ wasn’t the only juggernaut of the night—’Shōgun’ another standout, made its mark with 25 nominations, ultimately winning the prestigious award for Outstanding Drama Series.
