Nigerian music sensation, David Adeleke, better known as Davido, has reportedly settled his legal dispute with former Nigeria Football Federation president, Amaju Pinnick, just hours before his wedding.
Pinnick had filed a N2.3 billion breach of contract suit against Davido after the singer failed to perform at the 19th edition of the ‘Warri Again’ event on October 6, 2023.
In a surprising turn of events, Davido and his fiancée, Chioma, were spotted in a video at Pinnick’s residence, seemingly reconciling their differences.
Julie Pinnick, Amaju Pinnick’s wife, shared the video on TikTok, highlighting the power of love in fostering reconciliation.
In her post, Julie expressed delight in meeting Chioma for the first time, describing her as a beautiful girl.
She emphasized the importance of letting love guide their actions and wished Davido and Chioma a blissful future together.
She wrote, “David and Chioma came to our house to personally invite my family to their marriage ceremony. I was thrilled to meet Chioma for the first time; she is such a beautiful girl.
“Let love lead. Wishing Davido and Chioma a beautiful future together forever.”
Davido had previously announced that he and Chioma would tie the knot on June 25 in Lagos.
