The management of Eucharistic Heart of Jesus Model College in Ilorin, Kwara State, has proudly shared on social media the achievements of 30 students who scored 300 marks and higher in the recent Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination.
The announcement was made by Reverend Father Jude Okeh in a post on X on Friday.
These students achieved scores ranging from 300 to 355 out of a possible 400.
“In the midst of JAMB saga, we have this from one of the Catholic schools…. there is a lot more of that,” Okeh wrote.
Two students, Fasesin Ayomiposi and Kunle-Olawepo Ayomikun, emerged as the highest scorers with 355 marks in the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination at Eucharistic Heart of Jesus Model College in Ilorin, Kwara State. Other top scorers include Adelodun Oluwadarasimi and Ayejuto Daniel with 341 marks, and Idris Jamaaldeen with 333 marks.
The list also includes Adeoye James (330), Ademola Ayomide (330), Sunday Eniola (329), Fawibe Iyanuoluwa (328), Azor Richard (327), Bambe Daniel (327), Ezeala Excel (326), Oyawoye Henry (323), and Oyewopo Mercy (323).
Also, Ebiegberi Joseph, 319, Adetola Omotoke, 319, Adigun Oluwaferanmi, 317, Atibioke Omolade, 317, Osunbande Adegoke, 315, Aliyu Muhizat, 314, Daramola Tunmise, 314, Ogunkeyede Wereniseoluwa, 313, Abolarin John, 312, Jenyo Bernard, 312, Folorunsho Stephen, 311, Enoch Oluwole, 311, Elegbede Oluwarotimi, 305, Bamidele Daniel, 300, Olaitan-Rafiu Damisola, 300, and Onah Francis, 300, also performed remarkably well.
The Joint Admission and Matriculation Board conducted the examination. Its Registrar, Prof. Is-haq Oloyede, stated that the top scorer would not be publicly disclosed to avoid confusion. He advised anyone wishing to appreciate a candidate’s performance to clarify the authenticity of the result with the Board.
