The late sound engineer, Precious Ofurum, who tragically lost his life in a boat mishap with actor Junior Pope and other crew members, has been exhumed and will be transported back to his hometown for a proper burial.
A video circulating online captured the moment where some family members and the Actors Guild of Nigeria carefully removed his remains from the river banks, placing them in a coffin before transporting them to their final resting place.

Following the tragic boat mishap that claimed the lives of actors and other crew members, Precious Ofurum’s body was found and buried according to the traditions of the Anam people, along the river bank where the accident occurred.

This request prompted the exhumation of his remains, which are now being transported to his hometown for the final rites.
