The Commanding Officer of the 15 Field Engineering Regiment of the Nigerian Army in Topo, Badagry Local Government Area of Lagos State, Lt. Col Sagir Lawan, has assured of a cordial relationship with the Lagos State University School of Basic Education and Advanced Studies.
Lawan, made this vow during his courtesy visit to the institution in Badagry on Wednesday.
He explained that his visit to the institution was to further boost the existing relationship between the army and LASUSBAS, as they were just a few metres away from one another.
“I am impressed and satisfied with the school,” Lawan said.
In his reaction, the Director of LASUSBAS, Prof Yunus Dauda said, “We had a cordial relationship with the previous commandant, and we assure you of our cooperation.
“We hope that this relationship will extend to a comfortable end, as you can also enrol your child in our school.
“We recognise your magnanimity, humility, and simplicity.”
