The remains of the late Nollywood actor, Mr John Okafor popularly known as Mr Ibu was on Monday moved from a mortuary in Lagos to Enugu.
This was revealed in a video posted by Nollywood actress, Doris Ogala on her Instagram page.
The veteran Nollywood actor, John Okafor, popularly known as Mr Ibu, who was known for his comic roles in English movies, died of a cardiac arrest on Saturday, March 2, 2024.
It would be recalled that Nollywood actress, Doris Ogala, had claimed that the negligence Mr Ibu’s wife, Stella Maris Okofor, has led to the actor’s sudden demise of the renowed actor.
Okafor acted in more than 200 Nollywood films including Mr. Ibu, Mr. Ibu and His Son, Coffin Producers, Husband Suppliers, International Players, Mr. Ibu in London, Police Recruit and many others.
He died at age 62.
