Popular Nigerian afrobeats star, David Adeleke, better known as Davido has expressed his profound gratitude to a professional footballer, Memphis Depay, for giving him a gift of a Rolex wristwatch on the occasion of his birthday.
The Atletico Madrid striker reportedly gave Davido a multi-million naira Rolex timepiece when he performed at his 30th birthday celebration recently.
Taking to his Instagram story, while confirming the gift, Davido emphasized the significance of Depay’s gesture, claiming that it was the first time he has been on the receiving end of such a lavish present.
The Afrobeats sensation claimed that he has always been the one who gives to others.
