The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency has intercepted crates containing millions of tramadol 225mg pills.
NDLEA Spokesperson, Femi Babafemi disclosed this via his X, formerly Twitter handle on Sunday morning.
In the 42 seconds collage video posted on social media to substantiate NDLEA’s claims, pallets of substances were seen carefully wrapped.
Babafemi noted that the first video in the collage showed tramadol 225mg pills that merchant of death brought to youth at the Christmas while feed their own children with nourishing foods.
He said despite all subterfuge to bring the illicit substances to the society they were still caught.
He wrote, “First video shows crates containing millions of tramadol 225mg pills that merchants of death brought in to feed our youths at Christmas while feeding their own kids with good things of life. Despite all the tricks @ndlea_nigeria still foiled their plot to push these on our streets.”
Meanwhile, the NDLA in its Christmas message urged everyone to “Break free from drugs and experience the ultimate freedom of living drug free.Embrace liberation.”
