The immediate past acting Vice-Chancellor of the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso, Oyo State, Prof. Mojeed Olaide Liasu, has died at the age of 70 years.
Details of his death were still sketchy as of press time, however, it was learnt that the scholar died after a brief illness.
The Ibadan-born professor of botany died on Wednesday almost six months after retirement. He had on June 12, 2023, retired at 70.
