PUNCH METRO reported that Alan Fisher earned the title for the longest individual cooking marathon, setting a remarkable new record of 119 hours and 57 minutes.
This feat exceeds the previous record, held by Nigerian chef Hilda Baci, by more than 24 hours.
Furthermore, Alan also secured the title for the longest individual baking marathon, completing an impressive 47 hours and 21 minutes, surpassing the previous record held by Wendy Sandner from the USA, who had a time of 31 hours and 16 minutes.
Alan undertook both challenges sequentially, dedicating more than 160 hours to the kitchen with only a little over a day of rest between the two remarkable record-breaking endeavors.
