The Fountain of Life Church, has named Jimmy Odukoya, the son of Bimbo and Taiwo Odukoya, as the new senior pastor of the Church.
The proclamation was delivered amidst the religious gathering on Sunday.
During his address to the congregation, Pastor Rotimi Okpaise revealed that the late Taiwo Odukoya had shared details of the succession plan with the members of the board of trustees prior to his passing.
According to Okpaise, the Board of Trustees reached a unanimous decision to appoint Jimmy as both the senior pastor and chairwoman of the board.
“The board has chosen Saturday, September 30, 2023, as the date of Jimmy’s installation,” he said.
Premium Politics reported that Odukoya, founder of the church, died in the United States of America aged 67 on the 7th of August, 2023.
