Grammy-award-winning Nigerian singer, Damini Ebunoluwa Ogulu, better known by his stage as Burna Boy, has disclosed that it will be retiring from music.
Burna Boy shared this on his Instagram page on Sunday.
The 32-year-old said a mouthwatering contract recently offered to him is making him contemplate going on sabbatical like billionaire Barbadian-American singer, Rihanna.
Burna Boy said the massive contract must be a test of his love for music.
He wrote “With the numbers I’m seeing on this contract, these next years of my life are about to really show if I really love doing music.
“God must really want to test my love for music. I just might bounce on y’all like Rihanna.”
